Made from AAA Quality Thai Fragrant Jasmine Rice, scented rice is a worldwide favourite. it’s not only great flavour, but great value too! Jasmine rice is originally from Thailand and is commonly used in Southeast Asian cooking. This is a long grain variety of rice that has a subtle floral aroma and a soft, sticky texture when cooked. The grains are also shorter and thicker than basmati rice.

Preparation
Boil: From Ambient
1 Take 75g rice (per person), rinse in running water and place in a large pan of boiling water.
2 Stir and bring back to boil, keeping uncovered. Reduce to a rolling simmer for approx. 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
3 Drain water, cover and leave to stand for 3 minutes, then lightly fork through the grains and serve.
